- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 6 oz Fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 cans Chili beans (undrained)
- 2 cans Chili tomatoes, diced (undrained)
- 8 oz Can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 oz Chili seasoning
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.

Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with pepper jack cheese and a chunk of your favorite bread.
