Spicy Chicken Rub

  • 2 tablespoons Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients.

  • First, dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel.
  • Coat each thigh in the bowl of spicy chicken rub.
  • Bake in a pan at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, skin side down.
  • Pull them out of the oven, turn them skin side up, and bake for 30 more minutes until skin is crispy.
