Ingredients:
- 2 half-ripe large mangoes, peeled, pitted, and sliced lengthwise into thick strips
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Directions:
- Place the mangoes in a medium bowl.
- Add the lime juice, salt, garlic, Scotch bonnet, and cilantro.
- Toss to combine using a fork. Serve immediately.
