Spicy Mango Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 half-ripe large mangoes, peeled, pitted, and sliced lengthwise into thick strips
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Directions:

  • Place the mangoes in a medium bowl.
  • Add the lime juice, salt, garlic, Scotch bonnet, and cilantro.
  • Toss to combine using a fork. Serve immediately.
