- 4½ cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Lowfat milk
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
- 3 cups Fresh cut fruit (apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, prunes, pineapple, mango)
Mix all ingredients together. Add yogurt and honey to taste. (Servings: 8)
