Bill introduced to have prisoners co-pay on prescription drugs

Last year, the state prison system spent 16 million dollars to cover the cost of pharmaceutical needs for inmates. A Republican state legislator wants to recoup some of that cost by charging prisoners a co-pay for all their medications. Gilman Halsted reports.
