The federal agency that oversees what we eat and the drugs we take got a big boost in past year with the help of Senator Herb Kohl. Funding for the FDA went up, but the Wisconsin Democrat is retiring and there’s concern the agency will be the target of budget cuts. Shamane Mills reports.
