Nestle initiated a voluntary recall for 267,024 pounds of products after 10 customers called the company with complaints that their DiGiorno Tuscan Chicken frozen pizzas were also topped with glass. Those pizzas were made in the company’s Little Chute facility.

The voluntary recall affects a range of Nestle products, including DiGiorno pizzas, Lean Cuisine products, and Stouffers lasagna. Only the pizzas were made in Wisconsin.

Nestle officials declined requests for a phone interview, but in an email, the company said the investigation into the source of the glass is ongoing. The company suspects the glass may have come from spinach used in both the pizzas and the lasagna.
