It’s 80-something degrees on a steamy July afternoon. Inside the Madison Senior Center, a mostly 80-something crowd gathers for what has become a weekly tradition in the cafeteria. Served up sizzlin’hot: one big-band tune stacked on top of the other. As Catherine Brand reports – it’s just one way older couples and singles are staying heart-healthy in their golden years.
