A year long battle over expanding a Wal-Mart store has spilled over into a heated city council race in Tuesday’s local election. The company has shelved its plan for a bigger store in the Madison suburb of Stoughton. Now there’s an effort to oust the city council members who approved an ordinance that limits the size of so called Big Box stores. Gil Halsted reports…
