An anti-terrorism bill now headed for the floor of the state assembly would require anyone applying for a drivers license to prove they’re in the country legally. If it’s passed it will bring Wisconsin in compliance with a new federal driver’s license mandate. But opponents say it will do more harm than good. Gil Halsted reports…
