A Wisconsin motor vehicle advocacy group is concerned with the privacy and legal ramifications of a device present in cars which records vital information. The device is similar to black boxes, found in airplanes and used to determine what went wrong after a crash. Few, however, may know that the same type of device is present in a large number of cars.
