The Wisconsin Senate will convene tomorrow to pass its version of a state budget repair bill to fix a 650-million dollar shortfall.The plan differs significantly from the one drawn up by the state Assembly.But lawmakers from both chambers and both parties are unified on delaying a state school aid payment to balance the books.Shawn Johnson reports…
