Testimony Tuesday at the last of a series of Senate budget hearings covered what has become a familiar litany of opposition to proposed cuts in the state budget.As Gil Halsted reports, most who testified at the hearing on the UW-Madison campus warned that the proposed cuts will undermine programs that actually generate revenue for the state.
