Dealers question long-term future of federal car purchase program

The government’s “cash for clunkers” program has been so popular it’s nearly out of money.Last week the House of Representatives approved an additional two-billion dollars to get gas guzzlers off the roads.Now car dealers are waiting to see if the Senate will also vote to extend the program.Patty Murray reports…
