The controversial Duluth to Wausau Power line hit a snag last night. The Douglas County board voted 15 to 11 to end discussions with the American Transmission Company about allowing the line to cross county land. The citizens goup Save Our Unique Lands or S.O.U.L. is calling it a victory for opponents of the power line. Nick Pelletier reports…
