Ilinois Senator Barack Obama is scheduled to join Governor Jim Doyle at a campaign rally in Milwaukee this morning.It’s part of Doyle’s latest push to win more Milwaukee votes, including from the city’s large African-American population. The size of the black vote could be important to Doyle’s chances. Chuck Quirmbach reports….
