Dozens more organizations join program to help retirees

The federal government has approved a second round of applicants for a program that helps municipalities and private companies cope with rising medical costs.In Wisconsin, an additional three dozen organizations are now part of the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program. Shamane Mills reports.
