Wisconsin went from a blue state to a red state overnight, with Republicans capturing the Governor’s office, the U.S. Senate seat.The GOP also wrested control of the state legislature from the Democrats, and also have the majority in the state’s congressional delegation.Wisconsin Public Radio’s Terry Bell interviewed Joe Heim, a professor of political science at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, for some post-election analysis.
