Elections Office Swamped at Deadline

Candidates for state and federal office rushed to get their nomination papers into the state elections board filing deadline a veteran legislator from Milwuakee did not join the crowd, and instead says he’s stepping down at the end of the current term. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
