Family advocacy group challenges state’s domestic partnerships

The group Wisconsin Family Action has filed a lawsuit in Dane County circuit court challenging the constitutionality of the state’s domestic partner registry. But a statewide gay rights group says the registry will withstand the challenge. Gil Halsted reports.
