Deer farmers in Wisconsin aren’t happy about a new testing and monitoring program that prevents them from exporting deer forat least a year . They raised they’re concerns at ahearing in Madison last night. The rules are part of the state’s efforts to stop the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease.Gil Halsted reports.
