Americans spent a record amount of down time in airports this year because of flight delays and gridlock. Much of the congestion was concentrated in bigger airports; delays actually went down in many other places. Passengers departing from two Wisconsin airports can generally expect they’ll leave the gate when they’re supposed to 3/4th of the time. Shamane Mills reports….
