A considerable number of the nearly 3-million ballots cast in Wisconsin for Tuesday’s election….. were absentee. The director of the Government Accountability Board says legislators might want to consider changing the law so these ballots could be processed early. That way, Kevin Kennedy says election clerks wouldn’t have a glut of ballots to remove from security envelopes on election night. Shamane Mills reports…
