People who live, work and play vented their frustrations about the quality of water in the Great Lakes last night in Green Bay.On top of the list of worries are frequent beach closures caused by e-coli contamination.Many speakers criticized cities like Milwaukee that discharge sewage into the Lakes.The speakers hope a revised agreement between the United States and Canada will help improve the situation.Patty Murray reports…
