Governor Jim Doyle warned of challenging days ahead during his sixth annual State of the State Address Wednesday night.Doyle told lawmakers Wisconsin would be hurt by a national economy in turmoil, and that they’d be forced to make cuts to the budget they passed just three months ago.But the Governor said that looking forward the state could grow Wisconsin’s economy through tax breaks targeted at renewable energy, agriculture, manufacturing and the high tech sector.Shawn Johnson reports…
