A doctor’s group contends one part of the state budget is unconstitutional: a transfer of money set aside for injured patients. Today (Thursday) the Wisconsin Medical Society outlined how it plans to try and get the money back if its taken away in what they contend is an illegal “tax” on doctors and hospitals.Shamane Mills reports….
