The fate of Representative Scott Jensen now rests in the hands of 12 Dane County jurors.
Closing arguments in the former Assembly Speaker’s felony trial wrapped up last night.Jurors deliberated for a couple hours before they retired for the evening.
They were told by prosecutors to use their common sense and find Jensen guilty of directing state employees to do campaign work.But Jensen’s lawyer countered that his client had been “ambushed.”Shawn Johnson reports…
