Lack of funds leading to road construction backlog

It’s summer, and the road construction signs and orange cones are out in force on Wisconsin’s highways. But that’s not necessarily a sign of progress. In fact, nearly 250 projects have been put on hold, and it’s looking like there are rough roads ahead for Wisconsin drivers.Adam Hinterthuer reports…
