Legislators Now Solving Health Care Costs

Legislators who just finished dealing with the state budget crisis are now looking to solve the problem of rising health care costs. An Assembly committee heard from insurance companies, doctors, employers and others on what they think is driving up costs. Shamane Mills reports.
