Wisconsin cattle farmers are anxiously watching to see if a second possible case of mad cow disease in the United States is confirmed. The results won’t be known for up to a week. Government officials say the animal is NOT in the food supply. Nevertheless, a mad cow researcher says the case underscores the need for ALL animals to be tested before they eaten.
