The U.S. department of Agriculture today says it’s still trying to track down a lot of cattle in its mad cow investigation.An electronic tag implanted in the animals would help trace the cows…instead, because that system is not yet in place in this country,investigators are working off paper trails.Frederica Freyberg reports…
