Milwaukee arrests alleged serial killer

Police have arrested a man who they say is linked to the deaths of at least nine women in Milwaukee over the last two decades.Police say one reason it took until now to make an arrestis because law enforcement was dealing with many killings over the years.Chuck Quirmbach reports…
