New groundwater protections sought after a water bottling plant attempted to locate in Wisconsin will likely be voted on this week by the legislature. One of final steps for floor action was approval by the Joint Finance Committee. The senate natural resources committee also gave its okay, in a 5-0 vote. Shamane Mills reports…
