New hiring tax credit creating jobs in Wisconsin

The U.S. Treasury Department estimates private employers have hired 112,000 people in Wisconsin who are eligible for a tax credit.A federal act passed earlier this year gives companies incentives to hire people who were out of work for at least two months.Patty Murray reports.
