The State Department of Transportation says it doesn’t have enough money to pay for all the projects on its wish list.And some lawmakers in Northeastern Wisconsin think roads in their area will suffer because of expensive projects in Milwaukee.The state’s Transportation Projects Commission didn’t recommend funding for four road projects.They include upgrading stretches of Highway 41 in the Fox Valley and Green Bay.
