Right now there are around 21-thousand home-schooled children in Wisconsin. Organizers of an new “on-line” charter school hope to draw some of them with free teaching materials and computer equipment.Under the state’s “open enrollment” option – parents around the state have until Friday, February 22, to sign up their children up for the Lake Mills-based school.Mary Jo Wagner reports.
