The DNR and EPA have decided to landfill PCB contaminated sludge from part of the Fox River Cleanup project.A high-tech PCB melting process has been deemed too expensive.It could also have delayed the project.But the process known as “vitrification” could still be used to destroy PCB’s from other parts of the river.Patty Murray has more…
