The latest crime statistics for the state show a 20% drop in homicides in 2008. But the numbers haven’t been crunched yet to determine whether there’s been a change in the racial disparity rates for Wisconsin crime. That’s something the Governor’s commission on reducing racial disparity in the state’s justice system will be tackling over the next few months . Gil Halsted reports…
