At least $ 1.2 million dollars’ worth of historic artifacts in Green Bay were at one point slated to be boxed up and sold in New York City.But local history buffs rallied to keep them home, and home they’ll stay.
The collection is on display at the Neville Public Museum for about another month. Carol Jones, the Governor of the Green Bay and De Pere Antiquarian Society, talked to Terry Bell about it.
