Bankers in Wisconsin are hoping to block plansby the retail giant Wal-Mart to add banking to its low price empire. Two state banking associatons will send repesentatives to Virginia next month to urge federal bank regulators to turn down Wal-Mart’s application to open a wholesale bank in Utah. Gil Halsted reports…
