State Drivers Go Fast; Don’t Use Seatbelts

Wisconsin drivers are speeding more and buckling up less. This concerns highway and law officials who don’t want a deadly repeat of last year. They’re asking people to use seatbelts as part of a nationwide safety campaign. Shamane Mills reports.
