State employees prepare for forced unpaid days off

Thousands of Wisconsin state workers are planning how to deal with a partial loss of income. That’s because last week, Governor Doyle announced State of Wisconsin workers will have to go off the payroll for 16 days. So far few details are known about how the furloughs will work.
