The Dairy State is spending money that might help shore up its claim to that title. Yesterday Wisconsin governor Jim Doyle unveiled a “new generation agriculture plan” totalling 33-three million dollars in tax credits and grants to make farmers more competitive….and environmentally sound.Shamane Mills reports…
