A Milwaukee man who was granted a new trial after 23 years behind bars wept as he held his sister in a long embrace today outside the gates of the New Lisbon prison. The Milwaukee district attorney may still try to convict him again , but for now, 49 year old Robert Lee Stinson is free. Gil Halsted reports…
