A springtime tradition just wrapped up in Northeastern Wisconsin. Hundreds of volunteers came to “babysit” sturgeon as they spawned along the shores of the Wolf River. The fish come close enough to touch, and in the past that often meant poaching. In more recent years, The Department of Natural Resources has worked with Sturgeon for Tomorrow so that the fish can go about their business safely. Joe Larkin Reports…
