Minority neighborhoods in Milwaukee appear to have the highest unemployment rates in Wisconsin.Estimates of the jobless figures on those streets range from about 20-percent to as much as 50-percent.Some people continue to look for work, and others are finding jobs….but worry about holding onto them.Chuck Quirmbach wraps up this week’s look at “the long road to recovery.”
