Hospitals patients all over the country are suing over medical bills. They argue charges should be lower for people without insurance. The first such lawsuit in Wisconsin was filed recently. A court battle was avoided in neighboring Minnesota, where the attorney general got the state’s biggest hospitals to voluntarily reduce prices. Shamane Mills reports…
