Walker sparks debate with comments about diversifying funds for Wisconsin roads

The candidates for Governor each promised a transportation group today that they’d never use Wisconsin’s road fund to pay other state bills.But Republican Scott Walker said he’d use money that normally goes to the state’s general fund to pay for roads.Shawn Johnson reports.
