A blast of wintry weather is causing significant problems in northern Wisconsin.Gusty winds and lake effect snow are putting a halt to shipping on Lake Superior. One of the lake’s largest ships was forced back into the safety of the Twin Ports harbor on Thursday.And for the first time, the wind has forced the aerial bridge to stop operating.Mike Simonson reports.
