This election season, WPR has been asking what issues matter most to you. Hundreds of you weighed in, and we listened: the economy, health care, education, abortion and the environment are among the topics on Wisconsinites’ minds as they head to the polls this year.

We brought those issues directly to the candidates for president, Congress and the state Legislature. Our candidate guide allows you to see how they responded to survey questions about those topics and compare their answers.

We sent the survey to all candidates and made multiple attempts to follow up with those who didn’t respond. We reviewed the responses for inappropriate language, but did not edit beyond that.
